The Department of Studio Art got a face-lift this summer. We took over the office next door and had the wall between the spaces removed to create one large space. Facilities and their subcontractors painted, carpeted, and rewired the space and our project manager Mala Sambasivan made arrangements for us to get set up with System furniture which give the department far more storage and use of space. The official moving date for the Department of Studio Art to be back in the space is August 9, 2010.
