The Painting Department has scheduled a visit to the Rachofsky Warehouse space located in North Dallas. This is an opportunity to see the private collection of these art patrons and the work of some of the most important contemporary artists. The space is an 18,000sqft space that currently houses works from the Gutai movement and work from the Arte Povera movement as well. This may be the only opportunity you will have to see this collection and work as the Warehouse is not open to the public. The private tour will be led by Rachofsky educator Francisco Moreno. The visit is scheduled for Tuesday November 5th at 3:30pm. Students must arrive on time. Anyone who arrives more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the tour.
