Our adjunct faculty are just as involved in the art world as our full time faculty and out students. One of our new adjuncts, Arthur Pena, has been very busy this semester:. Here are few things past, present, and future that have happened.
In September 2012, Arthur interviewed Wendy White for curbsandstoops.com. This was the only interview the New York City-based artist gave for her solo show in Chelsea.
He has another interview upcoming for the site with Los Angeles-based artist Allison Schulnik. This will be published at the end of the month on curbsandstoops.com
Arthur was recently in a group show titled Stamina at WORK/DETROIT at the University of Michigan that just came down. You can read more about it on their website.
He will be in a show next month in Brooklyn, NY, at Projekt722 titled Temperature.
And finally, there is also a current feature in F'DLUXE about the gallery Arthur shows at written by the head of the Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts Michael Corris with an image of Arthur's work.
